How To Decorate With Blue And White In Unexpected Ways

Blue and white is one of the most 'go-to' palettes in the history of home décor.  It has been tried and tested for as long as we could remember! I think most of us would have lived in or come across a blue and white interior because it's such a safe, classic option. After all , blue is the world's most popular colour and it is associated with the nature, sense of security and authority. However, for those of you who prefer something daring, you might find this palette boring because it reminds you of every other person's home, or even your parents'... but have we exhausted all the ideas yet??? Today we are going to look at a few ideas to spruce up your blue and white room without looking ordinary.

Don't be afraid to decorate the ceiling! Painting the fifth wall in the room gives an instant lift to any room. Look at the bold and dramatic results! Dark colour recede as well so it actually makes the ceiling appear to be higher. It's great option for those of you who want to try a bold colour but a) not keen on the more conventional feature wall or b) want to keep the rest of the wall white. Whether it's sky blue or dark starry night above your head, that's totally up to you.

And finally, a couple of more conventional ways that require your creativity and imagination...
